About the Film
LOG LINE
A public elementary school bus driver opens up about her extraordinary past owning and operating one of the most successful dance studios in North Carolina for over 30 years. We follow her heroic journey through her incredible impact on thousands of children for decades.
How the film came to be?
In 2016 when Susan's Dance Unlimited suddenly closed its doors with no final celebration for all that Susan Bodsford has done for tens of thousands of families over 30 years, two of her past dance students began imagining how to honor her legacy.
Creating this documentary about Susan Bodsford is both about her journey as a studio owner and teacher and a master archive of so many people's childhoods who grew up dancing with Ms. Susan at Susan's Dance Unlimited.
